First time using this kind of service, as I usually repair my own computers. I grew up building my own gaming rigs that doubled as a work station during college. Now a days with being a self employed contractor, I just don't have the time or desire to put all those hours in to troubleshoot and diagnose my machines. Cipriano was very helpful and quick to communicate any issues he found with my iMac and was open to discuss any hardware upgrade questions I had. For what I was charged for a new hard drive and installation of new OS, it was much less than I was expecting to pay as compared to taking

My laptop was having startup problems. I took it to this place for a diagnostic. Cipraneo and Richard were both very helpful, they found that my hard drive was failing. They were able to help me transfer the data to my backup port. These guys were very helpful and I would strongly recommend this place if anyone is having computer problems.

STOP!!! Look no further...VM Tech is #1 go to place for IT fixes, advise and the speed of service is far beyond anywhere else you will call so look no further. This is critical when most business cannot do their work without their office properly working and the speed in which VM tech gets our office up and rolling is priceless. We are an Ontario/Chino based business that has been in business for more than 30 years and we have used VM tech for many years. VM has reasonable prices for their service and they are very customer service oriented and actually take the time to listen to what you need

Our network computer died on us and our whole office runs off of it so we were in a bad situation but I found VM Tech on Yelp. Gave them a call and they said to bring it right over as they were only a block away from our office. The guy was very knowledgeable and and ran some free test to find the problem, luckily only our power supply went out and no data was lost so he was able to replace that part and our office was running back up again within the hour. He did give some great recommendations which I'll be visiting again soon to upgrade our network.

VM Tech did a great job repairing my laptop. The screen wasn't cracked, but the color was off like it was. They did a great job of keeping me posted on the status and letting me know when it would be fixed. It was a bit pricey, but it was worth it and I'd gotten a free diagnostic before deciding to go through with the repair, which was nice. They did an awesome job and I'd gladly go to them again. I'd also recommend them to anyone looking to repair their computer. They know what they're doing, they're friendly and they're professional.

I am so glad I found this place! I called VM Tech and spoke with Virgil, after explaining my problem/concern with my laptop he gave me a general idea of what to expect. I took my laptop in on the same day and had the pleasure of meeting with Chris. Both gentlemen were very professional, honest and friendly. VM Tech was the closest place to my house, and the trip was streamlined and pleasant. I met with Matt about a Wi-Fi issue, and he was able to fix my problem in about 3 minutes. He chose not to charge me for services because "the paperwork is more complicated than the actual service", and it made me feel that their bigger priority was helping people rather than trying to squeeze out some payment. In addition, he also walked me through his process of fixing the issue so that I could try doing it on my own in the future.

Great place! Very quick turn around time and I went to have my computer checked out and they were honest to tell me it wasn't worth the repair. Instead of charging me a ridiculous amount they were honest and informative and didn't charge me. Honesty is rare especially in business definitely a great place to go. I will be returning and telling people about this place.

These guys are great! I highly recommend them. I used VM Tech to troubleshoot and correct some critical errors on our server at our business. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Virgil and Charles are truly exceptional and will be our go to team from now on.
We also used them to setup Windows 7 and QuickBooks 2014 to run on two of our Apple iMacs running a virtual network. Robert was the man and got everything running for us. His follow up and customer service was second to none.
