I’ve always loved my experiences with State Farm, but only outside of this office. I have repeatedly received incorrect documentation, including wrong addresses, names, etc, even after spending hours and hours on the phone to figure out what has been causing an issue. They have repeatedly lost all record of my conversations with them, this time resulting in the suspension of my vehicle registration, despite having been paying for the registration for months and having confirmed several times that everything was in order. We love State Farm, but will absolutely have to switch agents.
