Services
The Federal Government requires all carriers to be licensed and insured. Acme Car Shipping verifies that each and every carrier that we are associated with has the proper cargo coverage and the correct licenses for vehicle transport. If at any time you would like to see a copy of the carrier's insurance, feel free to contact us or the carrier.
Unfortunately, you cannot pack personal belongings in your vehicle (not even in the trunk). Carriers are licensed to haul vehicles, not household goods. Your driver could be delayed for inspection, fined and/or your items could be confiscated and discarded at a DOT checkpoint. Personal items in a vehicle are not covered if damaged, lost or stolen and can also cause damage to the interior during vehicle transport.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Acme Car Shipping. As background, I accepted a new role with my company which required relocation from Dallas, Texas, to Seattle, Washington. My relo happened quickly and I needed to have arrangements for my vehicle to be transported within a short window. Robert, my delivery driver was fantastic!! Such a genuinely nice person, professional, and he did a great job keeping me updated by call and text. My car was delivered just as it was picked up and I have no complaints. If I ever had to ship my car again, I would hope to have a driver like Robert again

My experience with Acme Car Shipping was beyond my expectation! I worked with Julie Hill, who ensured my peace of mind from start to finish! She stay in contact with me from Day 1 through the delivery of my truck. I really loved that she asked for feedback of my experience with the vendor when my truck was picked up and after delivery. It shows that Acme values ensuring they always have the right people for the job. The huge plus is my truck was being delivered from CO to VA during the holiday season and it only took 4 days for delivery!

I have just moved from Alabama to Florida.
I thought getting a quote on Dec 30th to move 4 days later was going to be really hard.
I was wrong.
I was contacted with a quote on the same day, agreed on a pick up date, and received several follow up phone calls and emails throughout the process.
Everything happened exactly as I was told.
My car was delivered on the day and time I was told, not a minute later!

Oh WOW! Simply the best experience that I have had shipping a vehicle. This isn't my first time shipping my classic car cross country and it is always a bit nerve-racking. However, this time around I splurged a bit for an enclosed transport and my company set up the transfer with ACME. The dates were clear and worked with my schedule, communication with both the rep and the driver were excellent, and the vehicle was picked up when promised and delivered ahead of schedule.
