Every time I call Tasha picks up the phone in the office and provides exceptional service. When the technician is on-site they are alway extremely professional, tidy, and always keep me aware of their current status. If repair is needed, an easy to understand estimate is always provided and they have never recommended work that seemed needless or outlandishly expensive. This family owned team is awesome . Super hard working , fast, efficient , great service and rates .

This hvac company COMFORT 1 failed to show up with their appointment Monday 29 June, 2-4 pm. Tasha who scheduled the appointment through YELP did not even call me before if they could or could not make it. I could have used the timeframe to make my errands. This company should be banned from Yelp. But Yelp should also be held liable for their sponsorship of companies like this. What if I had turned them down upon their arrival. I would be subject to monetary penalties. This is crazy with misleading 5-stars this company has garnered via Yelp!

They came immediately and started work right away to replace my ancient ac heater at the most affordable cost when in a middle of a heat wave. They are totally professional and accommodating. Such nice good people. Their price was $3000 less than another company who bragged that they had superior equipment when in fact Comfort 1 put in better quality unit. Highly recommend them.

We were blown away with Comfort 1's exceptional customer service tonight. Around 6pm we noticed our house was getting hot and the condenser stopped turning on. We turned off our AC so we wouldn't cause other issues and started to freak out. I'm 7 months pregnant and we have a toddler, so bearing through this 106 degree weather nor going to a hotel would be very fun. I called and texted our normal AC place - no response. Started down the yelp list and the first 10 places couldn't help us tonight or tomorrow morning. Then I called Comfort 1 and they were extremely helpful from

Nothing but great things to say for the owner Brian and his team. It was time for us to replace our HVAC system and I recieved multiple quotes. Comfort 1 pricing to replace and upgrade our HVAC system was extremely competitive (to the point one of the other company's remarked on how good of a deal it was). There is nothing worst when your AC goes out at 1pm after a over 100 degree day!! The next day we called Comfort One and we so excited to hear they could come out the same day!! It’s amazing how hard working these employees are, it showed when he arrived and he was determined to find the issue and help us out! I felt awful he was working so late in the evening but that was his dedication. Angel never showed that he was tired or frustrated even through he went up and down the stairs Multiple times. I was very happy with this company and mostly their employees and the dedication that they show

Update 7/17/18. I to call Comfort 1 again as a problem developed. They were great at responding and checking out my system. Turns out it was a defective part (rare, but it happens). Got a different technician this time, but he was just as friendly and helpful. Two thumbs again on their response, follow-up and service. No problem recommending this outfit.

Brian at Comfort 1 Heating & Air is top notch! He is honest, reliable, punctual, confident, etc. We have had him do some inspections and routine maintenance at a couple of different homes and have been extremely pleased with his work and pricing. His office assistant communicates well regarding appointments and invoicing. We were referred to try him via a real estate agent and were very glad we went with his services. I wish I could give this company more stars. I found them after having my home warranty company fail me quite a few times & getting an inspection from another company telling me i needed a new hvac system. While my unit is old & needs to be replaced, re-routed to a different location we got it working till I can afford that huge expense which is MUCH appreciated being a new homeowner. I can't begin to express how much I appreciate Brian for everything he done & his true honesty. I will call them for anything I need in a heartbeat! Thank you so so so much!
