Our AC went out the morning 6/22/17. Our home warranty company - American Home Shield - was worthless and we had to find our own resolve. After calling dozens of contractors around the area we were able to speak with Rick. He was very professional and basically diagnosed possible issues over the phone. He made the time to see us the evening of the same day we spoke. He quickly assessed the problem and had our AC up and running within 30min. We are very grateful for his punctuality and overall expertise.

I called Rick in the afternoon when my air conditioner stopped working. He was recommended by our neighbor who had great things to say about him. He answered the phone quickly, was very nice, and sounded concerned with my problem. He said he could be out first thing in the morning. When he arrived the next day he was very polite. He went right to work and had my A/C fixed in minutes. He was very honest and right to the point. He gave us some preventative maintenance tips, and answered all of our questions... Thanks Rick.
