There are many good rental places in the area with friendly service , and much more organized than here.
Need better maintenance on equipment. The maintenance shop lacks good maintenance knowledge.
Delivery driver thinks he knows a lot, but knows very little .
Very dangerous .
Owner does not carry insurance on employees either.

Always great experience before I moved away now more than 10 years ago, but after moving back the only two times I rented tools both where poor maintained, The first time they didn’t charge me the tool didn’t work at all from the moment I plugged it in, second time I didn’t want my money back but I talked to owner that he should know that the tool wasn’t checked, maintenance, or even cleaned just put back on the shelf his response “yeah that happens sorry about that” well it literally wasted 3 hours of my time that I had to maintenance it myself before I used it. So disappointing from

I like to do my business with these guy's . I've rented a few pieces of equipment and the prices are great . I like to call in and reserve the day before and Charles always handles my business quickly . just like I needed a log splitter in a hurry and they had it ready to go at opening for pick up . I'll always do my rental business with these guy's .

I got supplies for a wedding and reception here. The people are very pleasant and reliable. They delivered on time, and sent everything they agreed to. The cost was very affordable, and they were super accommodating.
So why 4 stars, not five? There were 2 reasons:
First I had wanted 70 chairs delivered to each of 2 separate locations. About a week before our 70 person event they got swamped with an order for 1000 chairs. To their credit they did not delete us entirely, however they did reduce our chairs by half. The ones for the ceremony were removed and we were left just with the chairs going
