Brenna loves a good party, especially throwing one with a theme! This magical soul enjoys solving problems and finding the perfect solution for your event. Go ahead and ask her which campground she was at last weekend. Rachel is our Anderson native and enjoys helping brides plan their weddings at all the local venues in town.
In the Summer of 2017, we expanded into the midlands of South Carolina with our Showroom & Warehouse located at 300 Catawba Street in Columbia! Our Event Rentals Showroom in Columbia is proud to serve customers in Columbia, Lexington, West Columbia, Irmo, Lake Murray, Blythewood, Lugoff-Elgin, Camden, Cayce, Newberry, and surrounding areas.
Kyle is no stranger to adventure and is always up for a challenge. Don't believe us? One of his favorite things is creating unique setups for brides, like tents over pools and chandeliers from trees to make their wedding dreams come true. From summit to sea, and everywhere in between, you can find Kyle enjoying hobbies like mountain biking and surfing.
She might have grown up on a dairy farm, but Catherine has never milked a cow! She loves traveling and enjoying the outdoors with her family. Meeting new people, building relationships with repeat customers, and making event planning easier is what makes her job so special! Leah strives to be the 'hostess with the mostest' and enjoys throwing parties for her friends and family.
Event Rentals offers the flexibility you need for renting! In addition to offering a delivery service, customers may also pick up certain items from any of our 3 locations. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with our Spartanburg location offering Saturday hours from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Event Rentals is wonderful to work with. They understand that the event being planned might be the biggest and most important event ever planned by their client (like a wedding). They are set up to provide the most professional, organized and well executed experience. I rented almost everything I needed from a large tent to salt and pepper shakers. I was very pleased from the beginning to the end during months of planning. I would highly recommend for a seem-less experience that consists of many details.

I picked up my tables and chairs for an event on a Friday, and dropped off Monday before Event Rentals closed. The company is closed over the weekend, but I paid no additional charges for those days outside what I needed. Upon arrival a man met me at the loading dock, loaded my car, and unloaded it for me once I returned. Very convenient. The price was amazing and affordable. Great customer service!

Event rentals provided a tent and all the equipment needed for our backyard wedding. They were super helpful and easy to work with. Everything was delivered and set up perfectly by the company. The sting were set up beautifully under the tent. We had some problems getting one of the speakers to work and they had someone come back out the same day to fix it. I would definitely recommend event rentals to anyone!!

Thank goodness for Event Rentals! They have come to my rescue twice now with my last minute event help. They are attentive, timely, and reliable. I was most impressed with their communication.
