We are a fully licensed, third party administrator under the laws of our home state, Texas, and other jurisdictions, where required and appropriate. More than a license is necessary, however, to properly represent a client employer.

Custom Link is a limited benefit group medical expense GAP product that provides supplemental benefits to the employer's group Medical Plan to enhance overall benefits for employees and their dependents. This plan allows the employer to increase deductibles and coinsurance while still providing the employee with a competitive benefit package.

The absolute worst. Better to have no insurance. IF you can get someone to talk to you, you have to email them first. They will drag their feet as long as they can so they don't have to pay you out.
You send them what they ask for and then all of a sudden they need more info. Worst company there is... Period. This is only after 3k. They held me up over their "1 year" claim period saying they needed this info or that info... If your company offers these guys... Run. As. Far. As. You. Can.

For over 3 months now, I have been diligently working to get my claim paid. The lack of correspondence is unbelievable. I have made multiple attempts to contact someone there. All of their response emails are signed 'Claims Customer Service'. They have blamed all of the delays on me, though never providing communication or follow up that they needed more documentation. Here we are and they have FINALLY cut a check. They cut it for almost $1000 less than what the max was (I have over $4500 in bills to pay for this now), and they're now saying they won't pay it because I never

We've shopped many different Gap providers and found that SIS simply offers more coverage and doesn't leave out critical items or common coverages that do come up more often. It has saved our company and employees a great deal of money. Only wish is they would go paperless, but otherwise glad we have them.

Their gap insurance is less than worthless. I can't believe I'm just handing them free money every month. I understand deductibles but every EOB i've submitted to date this year has been denied. So they don't even apply to the deductible. It speaks volumes that they include a separate page of numbers to the complaints/arbitration dept by state along with the claims status mailed to you. If my company chooses to stay with them next year, you can bet I'll decline their coverage. I think my odds are good on coming out ahead,with or without a claim.

I thought this GAP coverage would be great since it should cover most of the deductibles from my health insurance claims. However, the process that you must go through to file a claim is cumbersome, tedious, frustrating and low-tech. The quantity and type of information they need is ridiculous and YOU must do all the detective work, which of course must be during work hours. Everything you submit must be scanned and emailed. There is no online access to your account to see what claims you've made, which are paid, which are not, which are pending, which require more information.....there
