I had to transfer my services from another state to our new location in Frisco, and the State Farm team here has helped us a lot throughout the process. It has been a stellar experience speaking with Virginia who had helped me transfer all my services from out state to our location here in Frisco, TX. I have been with Christi B for 17 years now. Always attentive and on-point. From Christi to Virginia to Kathy they are all 5 Star Gals. You can go anywhere for Auto, Home or Life yet wouldn't you want to be dealt with professionally and with folks who really care. It's not so much about the price but the way in which they take good care of you. Yes you don't want to over pay but in truth you get "what you pay for". Just ask the right questions. I'm staying as long as State Farm Corp doesn't become so focused on price vs. taking care of the customer.
