This company is disgusting. Don't ever book anything with them. Cancels reservations booked 8 months out with no notice. Extremely unprofessional. They cant even manage to take our reservation correctly and now cant even fill their end of the "contract". AVOID this disgusting company. What goes around comes around Alina.

This company has been incredible since I began renting from them. I had not rented in many years so I was difficult and stressed in the beginning but they were so patient and helpful no matter what. Yesterday I was locked out of my place and Laura was here very quickly with a key to rescue me from what felt like a 100 degree day outside. As long as I am renting I really hope it is with Virtual. The whole company is the best of the best.

WOW. It's hard to even find a place to start in rating and reviewing Alina's skills as a real estate agent. I am so happy with our decision to list our home with Alina! She was awesome to work with as was all of her staff. She is super responsive and so knowledgeable about the market and process. We rented 60 west over for a month online and got confirmation. Alina reach us out 4 hours later and said her system had glitch she didn't charge us enough and demand more money which was red flag. We asked her that I gotta own the problem since I have nothing to do with their glitch or she is willing to work with us. She didn't seem care and no apology. She didn't take any initiative to own the problem as business owner. I would like to warn everyone that not trustworthy person and Business. Stay away. Waste of time

Mediocre service, we rented a condo from them without knowing that the property is under renovation. They claim that they did not know. Turns out they did know, it's posted all over the building and announced. Pool was closed when we got here. We have been informed that we needed to put the patio furniture in the living room because they are painting the building , vacation from hell. They will not return our calls

Virtual homes realty is the most deceptive dishonest company i have ever done business with in my life....do not EVER lease a property from them....i never have met anyone who had anything good to say about them....most people lay down, i won't...i am in court now and even gathering some previously butchered renters for a class action lawsuit....no time to go into all of it but read the reviews and then run fast...very experienced staff of schmoozers and con artists.....please run from them.....if u r renting now, just get a lawyer....it's numbers game for them and they will TRY to clean

These people are thieves!! Check out the Better Business Bureau on them!! "BBB files show the company has a pattern of failure to respond to complaints presented by the BBB as well as a failure to eliminate the basic cause of complaints. Complaints concerns repairs and not receiving their deposit back." There are bad reviews for them every where!! Good luck getting your deposit back, as well. If you are smart, you will use someone else!!!

Be very careful about renting through Virtual Homes Realty located in Palm Coast FL.
We leased a home through this company. We treated the rental property like it was our own and actually added improvements to the dwelling only to have them hold back money from our security deposit.
They and the property owners agreed to vacate the lease early. We spent hours (and money) filling picture hanging holes, touching up paint with paint custom blended at Lowe's, paying a professional home cleaning service etc. upon move-out. They reduced our move-out time from two weeks to four days.

Virtual Homes has managed my rental property in Palm Coast for several years. I have found them to be a very professional firm. Everything is handled in a very timely manor. They provide me with pictures of my property when they do inspections. All deposits are made on time with monthly statements. They communicate with me through every step of the rental process and follow up with tenants at lease renewal time. When I have had a vacancy they have secured a new tenant in a short amount of time.
