I booked a photo booth setup from Cortes Events in early August 2019. I spoke with Jenny about the setup for my child's first birthday party and paid the full amount, including the deposit, on August 7th. I carried on with planning this very special event and reached out to Jenny again in October to confirm the booking. Jenny responded via text and confirmed they were still scheduled for the party. Fast forward to November, the day before the event, and I message Jenny again to double confirm. At this time the person on the other end of the text message began asking when I paid my deposit

They were always attentive and prompt with communication. Also asked them the day of to be there just a bit earlier, and were able to accommodate. They also designed a logo for the strips that added to the concept of the wedding.

We hired Jenny and team for a photo booth for our wedding at the San Ramon Marriott. They were wonderful to work with and our guests had a great time creating some fun memories! Jenny was great in terms of communication prior to the event. They had lots of fun props. The pictures were emailed - online access was also available. Great team to work with - would do business with again!

I have used them for my Company Holiday party 2 years in a row. Both years they have been super amazing. They came in, did their thing and were very helpful to our guests. They are affordable and we will be using them again. Best thing is that they gave us plenty of photo booth picture boarders to choose from.

Cortes Events has to be the coolest photo booth company out there. They put in the extra effort and definitely go above and beyond. I've seen them make custom props to fit in with the themes of the events they go to.
I saw them at Tallgrass Film Festival's Dudegrass event and they seamlessly handled hundreds of people taking photos all night. They even customize the photo that prints out for each event!
All you do is press a button and pose. The photos come out nearly seconds later. The coolest part is that you can put in your email address and the photos are sent directly to you so you can easily

His team are wonderful. You will not regret hiring them!!!! Javier is very professional, easy to work with and makes sure you are satisfied with every last detail regarding the photo template and props he will be using at your event. We have hired him 3 times so far and Javiet has gone out of his way to bring his service to where ever I am hosting my event. Everyone of my guests has loved the photobooth! We booked an open photo booth with Cortes events about a month before the baby shower we were planning. Jenny was really responsive with calls/texts. We had an issue with the venue and liability insurance and Jenny took care of it as best she could.

The day of the event, Javier was on time to set up and very professional.

They have very good competitive pricing for photo booths. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

We used Cortes Events for my daughters sweet sixteen, it was definitely a hit at the party. The teenagers really enjoyed it. Jennifer was great, set up pretty quickly, set up was very nice, and lots of great memories. The only reason that I didn't give it a five star is because I was charged extra for more personalized props and I don't think it was worth the extra money I paid. But other than that the base price is very reasonable. I would use them again!

Cortes Events Photo Booth provided a fantastic photo booth experience at our work holiday party. It was just perfect; with the glittery holiday theme and instant gratification of getting the prints right away, and then on-line access to the photos to share.
Jenny & her staff were great to work with--really accommodating and efficient.
Great value--we will use Cortes Events Photo Booths again!

I booked them for 3 hours photo booth rentals for my son's 1st birthday. The booth operator was 1 hour late. On top of that it took them a good 45 minutes to set up at the end they told me the wires they brought were fried and is not working, what they had us to use is a TINY Ipad as the main screen! So instead of seeing yourself at a regular size monitor my guests had to fit themselves at a tiny bity screen.

Picture quality was poor, even the cloth for the background that was used looked all worn out and had seen better days. Another surprise was on the business card they handed to me

First of all let me tell you from the time I booked Jenny she was great! She communicated with me through text and answered every question I had specifically and in detail, she worked with me very good on different options for my daughter's background for her 15th Birthday party which turned out to be a blast! She was there early enough to set up and have the booth ready and set to go when all of the guests arrived, she was very professional and really catered to the birthday girl! I will book her again and also make sure I refer her to all my friends and family! Thanks Jenny you were awesome

We used her last Saturday for a 15 yr old birthday party, Jenny was on time and setup with enough time to do some trial runs and everything. Kids had a ton of fun, and adults had a blast playing with the props, she was super friendly and professional.
The only snag was we didn't have wifi in the location and photos could not be sent by email/text to the guests. Jenny DID tell the birthday girl but I would suggest a little sign to let all guests know. She was super cool and offered us a digital copy of the pictures afterwards so I could fw to the guests.
All In all a great experience!!

I called Jenny last minute for her photo booth. She was very pleasant and willing to accommodate such a last minute request. On TOP of that, she also offers table decorations and center pieces. I was very happy with the final results. She charges by the hour so I scheduled her to start the photo booth two hours after the party started to ensure most of the guest had arrived. She was so kind and even offered to bring disco lights in case my DJ didn't show up. It was great to see she was so supportive in such a stressful moments. Met Jenny today at an event. Awesome state of the art booth with a line all night long that was so auick! Not all photo booths are created equal. Do your research and you will see Jenny stands out. Excellent customer service and super professional. Highly recomnend!
