I produce many events throughout the Bay Area - extremely large (millions of attendees) and quite small. In each instance I rely on special events for all of our tent and furniture needs.
Their team of professionals are prompt, courteous, and efficient. They show up. Install. And leave without too much change.
Their sales team pre event meets us in person to review every piece of the order to ensure we haven’t missed anything. They’re also knowledgeable about local fire codes so we don’t run afoul of the ever changing regulations.

Last minute on my end, Special Events came to my rescue with several tables, chairs, tents, and pipe and drape etc. to make my grad party amazing! The best part was a stage and dance floor built right over my pool. Woww

The best customer service all around! Answered all my questions and were very professional. We rented a tent, heater, tables and chairs and flooring from them for a first birthday party. Everything arrived on time and was set up in a timely manner. The sales team was excellent to work with and the prices were very competitive. We will definitely be using them for all our events from now on. Customers for life.
