Assets aged 10-15 years or more may require increased finance charges. Financing approval may require pledge of collateral as security. No after sale support or assistance. Made a purchase online, willing to pay for handling and shipping. They provide no help. Buyer Beware. No customet service!!

I came 125 miles for a tractor which was listed on their website. I called them and they told me I had to attend the auction. So, I drove there from MI to bid on it and after waiting and looking all around their lot and not seeing it, I went inside and asked them where the tractor was. They told me "oh, we sold it last week". This after I specifically asked them about it and that I was coming.
I rarely write negative reviews, but you obviously cannot trust them with information they provide. I won't be coming back regardless what they have. Too many other auctions that don't have this problem
