Access Credit Union

I've had a few accounts here for over 5 years and it's been a great experience! Everyone I've spoken to there over the years has been very helpful and friendly.

Too much fraud on my account. I’ve banked here 25 years. No alerts at all. A shopping frenzy/ All fraud . The Staff is all friendly but my money was not protected. The inconvenient of waiting 15 Whole Days for A Debt Card each Time really blew me, I couldn’t pay my bills, had to get a prepaid card, only one bank so I have to leave work and miss my O T to get money. Traffic and Construction.But All my funds were returned eventually. I don’t trust them anymore.

When you have questions and concerns Everyone is very patient and very knowledgeable and helpful. If you call leave a message they will return your call. Yes I would recommend Branching with this credit union.

Everyone is always willing to help and make you feel comfortable about any situation

Maya Day helped me out big time with my Car Loan. She made the process so easy!! She always answers any questions I may have.

I would definitely recommend anyone needing a loan to come here. Excellent customer service & everyone is so compassionate.

Good Customer Service However not all are good. Only 1 person handles some things & when that person do not do the job or do not answer you’re left to just wait.

This credit union may have some nice young ladies working there but their customer service is horrible and it even as high up the food chain as the president. I will also be leaving a full review on Yelp when I have the chance to get on my computer detailing exactly what occurred with me and this place.

Nora was instrumental in assisting me with updating my account. She actually stayed on the phone and walked me through each step. The process took about 20 min. I don't know of an organization these days that would take that much time to explain AND walk me though everything.

I have been with this bank for 22 years and I'm done!! They charge me for going below a certain amount. It's MY money. They have zero customer service skills. I can see I'm not the only one by all these other reviews. I just got off the phone with Nora and she obviously doesn't care about keeping members, seeing as how she was giving me information on how to find another credit union when I complained about their service. They must not care about losing a 22 year member over 10 bucks. I will be closing my account , along with my daughter's account. I do not care if I have

I agree with every person who has given this credit union a negative rating. You can get approved quicker and with less of an interest rate at any other place in the world of financing. Oh and by the way I have pretty decent credit.

I don't know who sits on this board, but they should know that the people that run this place are bad for business. Or maybe they know and don't care.

Finance anywhere else but here and put your money in a real bank or seek another credit union. I am for sure!

I joined through my work almost a year ago. I set up a savings account only. The one day I needed someone to help me it took them over 4 hours to call me back. They are not friendly or helpful. I plan on closing my account and putting it else where. My other bank PNC has always been so helpful and very friendly whenever I needed anything. I can't believe the difference in service.

I strongly agree with Jk and every bit of his comments this Credit Union is on bank standards by all means !!!! This credit union has fees worse than a bank, matter fact WORSE than my previous bank TCF and they were pretty bad. There commitee needs to step up and act like a real credit union if they want to keep their members and their name.....enterprise rental cars sales isnt going to keep them alive! Seek a different credit union before becoming a member here.

This is a bank by all means and best way to explain why is to tell you my experiences with Access "Credit Union". I was a member of a real credit union "Alliance Financial CU" but Alliance merged into Access CU. I had a perfect history with Alliance with over a dozen loans all paid and paid on time.

I went to Access credit union in Jul of 2012 for a car loan. They approved me but with 12% interest!!! I was able to get financed somewhere else for 5%. In Oct of 2012 I tried to get a small unsecure loan for a ring. Access Credit Union would not loan me a cent without
