My family used Goes services 17 years ago when my stepfather passed. They were great, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was transported to Central American to be laid to rest (a complicated process) and it was done seamlessly. Most recently I again used there services for a very unexpected loss of my infant and again they were great! Can’t say enough about the care and compaction they show.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Goes Funeral Care, particularly with our funeral director, Will Benich. Our family felt like Will was our devoted advocate and protector, who made it his purpose to see us through this difficult process as painlessly as possible. He welcomed every question and always responded quickly and helpfully. He was patient and compassionate, knowledgable, professional and efficient.

During the most traumatic time in my memory, Brett, our funeral director, was a beacon of compassion. I can't express how kind the entire staff has been before, during, and after my wife's service. The entire focus was on my wife, and the surviving family, not how much money they could make. Although, the cost was actually very reasonable. I give a five star rating to this establishment easily and without reservation. I would recommend them very highly to anyone.

Words cannot express how grateful my family and I are to Brett the Funeral Director at Goes Funeral Care & Crematory. My father has recently passed away and Brett was kind, honest and detailed every step of the way. He was so organized it really lifted the burden off of our family's shoulders. Such wonderful people! Very honest and trustworthy, really go out of their way to help you. Especially in a time of pain and sadness. They really want you to focus on your loved one more than trying to nickel and dime you like others do. Really made such a hurtful time a breeze, and just very, very nice people to work with. Brett was so kind to visit our home and help complete paperwork, taking time to answer any questions we had. He is very respectful in his conversation and put us all at ease with such an emotional topic. He made sure to complete all processes in perfect timing for our family gathering and was always in communication. Terrible, horrible, degrading experience. They allowed the girlfriend of my ex-husband to falsely put herself down as "spouse" on the death certificate without any proof of marriage which shut my daughter out of her father's estate. Not only did they not apologize for their mistake (I alerted of the facts the day after he arrived) and not correct the error, they made our family jump through hoops and then PAY for a reissued certificate. They even sent his remains to her and it took us months to get them back. The owner was condescending on the phone and hung up on me when I was trying

Don't choose this horrible place. I am so sorry we did . No one was nice, it was carpet stained , smelled so awful during his service you could barely sit through it , in a dingy place in a warehouse It was just sad and disgusting , not 5 minutes at the gravesite and it was over , but the stench and unfriendliness I will never forget . Pretty generous with your stars I wouldn't take my worst enemy there

Well Here I go, rating a Crematory Service! We had gone to Fort Collins to be with a dear friend through her last days. We were there for the last three weeks and with her passing came the cremation. Chris Goes, the director / owner was incredibly nice, helpful, patient, accommodating, and open about all the services he delivers and about our ability to be a part of EVERY step of the process, and I mean EVERY step. We we all very pleased and thankful to have had this opportunity to achieve closure on a wonderful life of our long time friend Victoria.
