Service was prompt and affordable however on more than one occasion by more than one person, I was addressed rather too casually given the gravity of the circumstances. "Hey Dude how's it going?" is not an appropriate greeting i want to hear when cremating my mother. I felt like the staff lacked insight regarding the emotional state of a person grieving.
