I have been using Lighhouse Title Services for years and they continue to exceed my expectations. Their team goes over and beyond with dealing with the closings and dealing with my clients and myself. During the course of the transaction to closing, We are treated with the utmost respect. Lighthouse Title Services is my preferred company to use for closings in Palm Beach County. I have been a realtor since 1988 and have been using Lighthouse Title for the last 10 years or so. I deal mostly with Kathy and Renee. I find them to be very responsive, helpful and professional! I have closed deals with many closing companies over the years, and Kathy and Renee are the best, hands down! This title company is the worst! If you have a chance to switch, DO IT! Trust me. The whole process was delayed and extremely unorganized. Even the law firm side was unorganized with getting an important hearing setup in a timely manner prior to close and Court filings were missed/delayed. The title side was even worse. Kathy was hard to discuss matters with and get told the truth. She insists on talking over everyone instead of being courtesy and letting other professionals speak even when she asks you a question. ATTENTION to all my realtor friends! I normally don't post anything negative, but I just had the worst experience with Lighthouse Title Services in West Palm Beach. If you have the choice to work with them, I would strongly recommend that you DON'T. They did a very unprofessional job during the entire process. The girl that did the closing did a good job explaining things to the client but the lady (Heidi) doing all the title work was horrible!
