United Title Agencies has been servicing the community since 1983. We are a 2nd generation family owned and operated title insurance company. Having processed thousands of residential and commercial closings during our 37 years of servicing the public, we feel that our company has the extra insight required to provide our clients extraordinary service.
Our goal is to make the closing process at simple and convenient for all parties involved. We travel anywhere from Miami to Vero, closing when and where you want. Anything out side of the closing zone can be treated as a mail away. We provide both Owner's and Lender's Title Insurance polices providing peace of mind for your coverage.
Title Insurance protects your vested interest in real property from possible title defects that may be against the property. Unlike conventional insurance, title insurance works in arrears. Your title insurance policy protects you from the effective date and back. Although title insurance is highly recommended by experts, purchasing an owner's policy is not required when the buyer is paying cash for the property.
