The ABSOLUTELY WORST service EVER. They took $100 to fix our dishwasher, said they ordered parts and then we never heard from them again. They don’t answer their phones or return voicemails or emails. We’ve been trying to get hold of them for over a month now.
STAY AWAY and don’t waste your money.

I called Tanzanite Appliance Repair I wanted to find out why my dishwasher wasn’t draining and refrigerator wasn’t making ice.The technician called when he was en route, arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly and made the repair. He was very friendly and professional. The service technician was courteous, professional, and got the repair done quickly. I give him a A++ plus because the technician arrived on time, correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue by replacing the parts that were needed to be replaced I would use him again for any technical issue that I have I highly recommend
