I was the top bidder on a few valuable lithographs at a local auction house and was unable to attend due to COVID restrictions. I live in Colorado and needed someone to ship these to me. I contacted Mike and he went to the auction house, packaged the prints and sent them to me even though it was Thanksgiving week. His communication was frequent and I always knew where we were in the process. I would highly recommend this team for both value and efficiency!

I bought a few paintings needing some TLC in the shipping process. Mike K. took personal interest in the shipment, communicated often throughout the process, and finished by saving me 20% from the initial competitive cost estimate. I've been doing professional business with Mike (owner) for almost a decade now. I bulk ship keyboards and other assorted piano paraphernalia (hence the name). Most of the equipment I ship through Mike at the Mail Service Center is extremely fragile and subject to a myriad of hazards in transit. Despite the sensitive nature of my business Mike faces the challenge head on every time and I am happy to report not a single incident has occurred in the time I’ve been working with him.
