This is my second time here, and all I can say is that Frank has to be one of the best tattoo artists in San Diego. You can bring him any designs and he'll make it happen for you. Very professional and clean shop, always fallowing COVID-19 rules, if you're looking for a great place to get your first tattoo or just to add more ink stop looking around and stop by Vipers Ink today. Can't wait to come back and get another tattoo soon. I always recommend this place to friends and family.

Recently got a decent amount of work done by Frank, and to be honest he's one of the best. He does incredible work for an incredible price. Kind, and pushes himself while on the gun, and makes sure your piece comes too life. I'll definitely be going back and referring anyone I can too this guy. Thank you Frank! God bless.

My daughter and I decided to get matching tattoos while celebrating her 30th birthday in SD. It was my first. I was very impressed with Frank's professionalism and skill. The shop was clean and he was very patient, making sure both of us were completely satisfied with placement. His touch was nice and light, and his lines were very smooth and clean. I'd definitely recommend him.

Love my new tattoo. I made an appointment with Frankie about a week ago and went in to get my tattoo yesterday. The shop was super clean and he was super understanding with what I wanted. I had brought in a picture and told him I wanted to make some adjustments and he did it right then and there. The size, detail, and even the process of getting the tattoo done was perfect. I was afraid of pain because I had a bad experience once before, but he had such a light hand and made it an easy process. Took about an hour and a half total to make the stencil, corrections, and do the tattoo. Very reasonable

Wonderful customer service, friendly, and professional. I showed him an idea he had and he put his input and made the idea better! He made sure I was okay with the changes & if I didn’t like it he would be very understanding, wouldn’t be like other shops and get upset. The price is amazing!!! Best tattoo shop! Frank is the man. Great conversation and atmosphere. Bonus, there is even an Xbox for the guests. Went in for a cover up and loved it. Price was right too. Even asked for a little extra on a different tattoo and there were no questions asked. He just kept going even though it was late and he had a looooong drive home. Definitely going back to see him and recommend any and everyone do the same. Thank God for this honest and talented artist!

All I can say is Frank is an Amazingly skilled and a passionate tattoo artist. I had seen Frank's work and knew he had to be the one to bring to life a tattoo that I had previously had done, it looks amazing, but when I watched his skilled hands him do a wolf tattoo on my friends neck and saw it come to life before my eyes, I was in awe! Would highly recommend Viper tattoo!
