All of our Occupational and Physical therapists are Board Certified Hand Therapists specializing in upper extremity therapy in Erie, Pennsylvania and the tri-state region. Our Occupational and Physical therapists work as a team with the patient and their physician to create the best treatment plan possible. We give every patient personalized one-on-one care and education about their injury and treatment. We have consistently high success and satisfaction rates, achieved in less time than the national standard.

The Hand and Upper Body Rehabilitation Center is a private practice, therapist-owned center specializing in upper extremity therapy located in Erie, PA. It was established in 1985 by Terri L. Wolfe OTR/L, CHT, a founding active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and a Certified Hand Therapist.
Our Certified Hand Therapists specialize in providing physical and occupational therapy for patients with pain, arthritis, or injury of the hand, wrist, elbow, neck and shoulder. We partner closely with area orthopedic, plastic, and hand surgeons, as well as rheumatologists, sports medicine, occupational medicine, and family practice physicians to deliver the most highly skilled physical therapy treatment available.
Terri L. Wolfe graduated from Ohio State University in 1977 and has been a licensed Occupational Therapist for over 42 years. She is a past President and a Founding Member of the American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT), and has been a Certified Hand Therapist since 1991.
Terri holds numerous professional memberships, positions and honors, and is a regular presenter at national meetings of ASHT and both the Pennsylvania and American Occupational Therapy Associations.Passionate about delivering the most effective treatments for patients in a caring, compassionate environment, she loves to get patients back to work and play as quickly as possible.

The Hand and Upper Body Rehabilitation Center accepts most insurance plans. If you do not see your insurance company below please do not hesitate to call our office. Our administrative staff will be happy to call and verify your benefits or discuss options for services. Some insurance plans have "Out of Network" benefits.
