No card readers on each self wash bay, pathetic options in self wash bay.
Place has gotten gradually worse over the years and I hope the owners really put some time into the self wash bays because its the only local option and it really is subpar compared to any other.
Im not trying to be rude or anything in this review but the place needs a 21st century overhaul badly if it wants to draw in car enthusiasts, not just people trying to microscratch their clear coats in the automatic brush wash.

I went for the 19$ car wash and what I got was awful. The unfriendly attendant washed my car with a hose and some towel and sent me through the drivethru car wash, only thing is they didn’t even turn on the machines that you’d think would clean my car further. In the end, they left my car with soapy stains and streaks all over my car. The worst car wash service ever.

I wish I could give more than one star, I really do. My car looked no different than how it usually looks after a heavy rain. I really don't understand what did they do to clean the interior, it was not vacuumed or was wiped at all. it was exactly the same as before it was washed, the tires as well didn't look any different. I'm really not trying to harm the business with a bad review and I hope they get this review as a constructive feedback and change things a bit. it will be nice to have a good or okay carwash around here.

I'll be completely honest. I haven't been down to this place in a good number of years. Only because I tend to spend around $22 bucks for the works, and there have been times when pull out of the bay and find that the car is still dirty. This has happened more than 3 times.
I've been going to Danbury's Panache Car Wash. That place is great. they actually have people to vacuum the inside and wipe down and clean the whole inside dashboard ..ect.. That's where I've been going and haven't had a problem with them.
But if today was the day to turn me around and get me coming back. It's semi working

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
The gate came down on the back of my pickup truck. I said something to the attendant and his response was "we are not responsible, can't you read the sign". When I went through the car wash, I don't think I got what I paid for since the lights for the selections did not come on. I would not recommend this car wash.

Not a good experience. Went here for the first time and there was damage to my brand new vehicle. Went through a run-around to get a hold of a decision maker to file a report. Customer service onsite is severely lacking. Not very helpful at the location. I ended up getting a hold of someone after a few hours and they did offer to fix the damage at a local body shop. I’ll give them a two-star for that.

I have been going here for years, the prices and the customer service have been great. However I have notice a few things, and after today I am going to re-think my future visits.
I did the $11 car wash but did not receive the free vacuum token. This is the second time in a row this has happened. The employee kindly gave me one, no questions asked.
After my wash, I went to the vacuum and it had terrible suction. The same man gave me two more tokens, so I used the vacuum on the other side of the car - ZERO suction. I had to pack up all the stuff from the car and move to another vacuum, thankfully

Wish I listened to some of you. I got the gold package because I wanted inside and outside done. The guy at the register was great very friendly. The reason for the 2 stars is because the outside looked ok a little smudge on the window but oh well. The inside was terrible still crumbs on the seats and the center console was never touched. Very disappointed I paid 22.00 dollars for that plus a tip. I will never go back here again

Went through today. The truck was cleaned well and they even vacuumed the pet mat on the back seat. That being said, the gentleman who took my payment was abrupt and too busy holding a conversation with another customer to offer even a perfunctory thank you. This may sound trivial but as a former business owner who dealt with customers consistently, this is not a good practice. Probably will not be back, unless desperate to get my truck cleaned.

I've been using this place for a while and it just changed ownership and it's improved a lot. The owner is working alongside everyone else and keeping close track of what's going on.
I've used them twice since the change in ownership and I'll be going back. Not perfect but the best car wash in my area by far.
