Dr. Richardson has been practicing podiatry for 20 years. She is board certified; a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery. She practices straightforward time-proven medicine, not gimmicks. As both a surgeon and clinician, she has solved a diverse range of foot and ankle ailments. Dr. Richardson has a strong referral network of other specialists in the Greater Seattle area.
Dr. Richardson has been practicing podiatry in the Puget Sound area for 17 years, and with 20 years of experience. She is a graduate of the University of Washington where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree. She received her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, California.

I am a runner and started experiencing foot pain. Eventually, I was not able to to run, ride my bike, or even walk comfortably. I went to physical therapy and it did not help. Eventually, I went to see Dr. Richardson and she treated my foot and I was able to run again! A few months later I got a different injury and was worried I would have to stop running altogether. Dr. Richardson fixed me up and I am back on the road. Other providers told me that I should stop running, but Dr. Richardson worked with me to find a solution. I am so grateful for my experience here, it is wonderful to live without

With such great reviews I thought I would have a really great experience at this office. Unfortunately, they were far from expectations, so much so that I stopped seeing Dr. Richardson and went to find a second opinion.
I visited the office a total of 5 times and each time I had to wait ~15-20 minutes just to see the doctor. While Dr. Richardson is kind and easy to talk to, she does not seem to value time spent with patients and desire answering all your questions. Dr Richardson and her team are phenomenal! I had two embarrassing ingrown toenails and was in a fair amount of pain going in. When I walked in, I was greeted by the very welcoming receptionists. It didn't feel shallow either, I felt genuinely cared about walking in.

I had a difficult time scheduling with a different clinic for a painful ingrown toenail. One evening I walked past this clinic, without realizing it was so close to me, and called the next morning to schedule. They acknowledged that my situation was painful and did their best to get me in right away. They were so kind and supportive and Dr Amy was wonderful to have as my dr during a procedure that is not necessarily fun! Thank you for your wonderful customer service!! I hope I never see you again (LOL), but I will come back there if I have to!!

Visited Dr. Richardson for a second opinion after suffering a toe injury. After my visit, wished she was the first doctor seen for care, but office isn't convenient to where I work or live. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Richardson provided clear options of how to address the issue, then demonstrated the utmost care and precaution when examining and performing the selected procedure. Thoroughly impressed from her practice of keeping patients safe, all instruments were packaged and sterilized, to how the wound was dressed. Excellent demeanor and bedside manner. Dr. Richardson treated my 14 year old son for a bone spur on his big toe. She diagnosed the condition and performed the surgery to remove it. My son was in great hands. Not only was her surgical work amazing, she was so kind and caring when treating him. She was extremely thorough with the follow up and monitoring afterwards. Every person we saw in office visits were helpful and friendly as well. Overall we had a great experience at Redmond Foot & Ankle!

I have been here several times for my toe since May. Throughout the journey of diagnosis, pre-op and post-op care I have never been disappointed each time I was treated.
