Dr. David R. Kramer is a Licensed and Board Certified Psychiatrist with over 20 years experience working as a Medical Director and psychiatric consultant for several mental health practices in the South Florida area. Noah Goldberg is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Qualified Clinical Supervisor.
Michelle Montero-Caicedo, LMHC, is the founder and Chief Executive Officer at Turning Point Mental Health Center. Mrs. Montero-Caicedo has over 20 years experience in child welfare and healthcare management. From 2005 through 2014 she was the Chief of Clinical Services at Our Kids of Miami-Dade/Monroe, Inc., the lead Community Based Care Agency for foster care and adoption services in Miami-Dade and the Florida Keys.
When paired with ongoing and constructive therapy, medication can be a highly effective component of managing mental health conditions. Turning Point psychiatrists design a treatment program that integrates the most effective and comfortable therapies that assist in alleviating each patient's individual condition and lifestyle.
Targeted Mental Health Case Management is a service provided to qualifying Medicaid recipients to assist them in accessing resources that can considerably improve the quality of their lives.
Our Case Managers help clients gain access to services needed to meet their mental health needs, achieve recovery, and live independently in the community Examples of services provided include: assisting individuals and families connect to medical, psychiatric, housing and financial services.Case Managers advocate for clients in different settings, including school, legal and vocational systems.

Turning Point Mental Health Center is continually searching for qualified professionals to join our exceptional clinical team. This is an independent contractor position offering a flexible schedule. The candidate must have a Master's degree in psychology, mental health counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or related (clinical) area.
