Mental health issues are a lot more common than expected. They aren't talked about very much, and more often than not, they go untreated. Getting to a professional for a diagnosis is the first step in getting back to who you used to be or. Family is quite possibly the most important connection we share throughout our lives.

Dr. Calderon seems to b a very caring and compassionate man the therapist sunny, I'm sorry I do not remember the last name is a very kind and warm person. Unfortunately I stopped going because I am not ready to open up yet and do the work that needs to b done on my end. I would definitely recommend these two professionals to anyone who is trying to find their way through this life. Thank you to all the staff.

For 1 these idiots don't care about you all they care about it doing the bare minimum so they can get home when they want. Your health questions and concerns couldn't honestly matter any Less to them. For 2 when you do call with an emergency you're always greeted with hostility and rudeness, today i called after just getting out of the ER because I had a bad reaction to some medication doctor rose had prescribe me and she refused to even take my call and the receptionist just hung up on me as soon as I said I got out of the hospital. ABSOLUTELY WORST FACILITY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO

Alston put me on medications that made me go Insane. I had a total psychotic out of body experience. I ended up being very unprofessional and I made a huge mistake towards him. I feel bad, they discharged me and won't let me get medications or help me get a new psychiatrist somewhere else even though LEGALLY AND ETHICALLY they are suppose to. I am will be reporting it to the state of Florida.
Also, if they push the Abilify injection (like Alston did with me), do not take it! It has been taken off the FDA approved list since 2015.
And receptionist staff are rude and disrespectful.

The clinical staff has been great thus far, always very attentive and quick to respond. However, the front office staff, especially the office manager are rude, dismissive and impolite. One would hope that excelling in these qualities would be of the utmost importance when selecting front office staff. Avoid this place.. there are other offices that will treat you with respect and dignity.

I have been coming here for almost two years and I am very pleased with the service. Patty and the front office staff are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, caring, and very helpful every time I speak with them. The doctors are professional and attentive to their patients' needs. I would highly recommend this health center.

I went to this office for 7 years, I didn’t start having problems until the new office staff. They are rude, they are messy, disorganized! I called for a prescription refill and was told it was sent. A few days later I went to pick it up, the pharmacy didn’t have it. I called the office, they said it would be sent that day. 3 days later, after calling and no one answering, I was told that the NP couldn’t sign it and they have to wait for Dr. Olivera. I have had a terrible experience with this office. I was spoken extremely poorly to by a receptionist when asking a question about a medication, and have not been called back in days when I have been having negative effects of a medication I was prescribed. Never have I experienced such unprofessionalism or had a doctor "too busy" to reach out to their patients when they're sick from a medication. Absolutely terrible.

The staff in the St. Lucie West office are terrible when it comes to having important prescriptions filled. It has taken me multiple phone calls and 3 days to finally get my daily prescription filled. I've never had to deal with something so horrible. Definitely do not recommend this mental health facility because obviously the patients mental health is unimportant.

My experience is extremely poor customer service. Due to a change in NP my plan of care was changed - essentially the NP was not comfortable continuing a prescription of a particular medication - fine - so I went ahead and got a primary care appointment (3 weeks was the soonest) and was denied providing a reduced prescription amount to carry me over. Not only did they not call me back when I was told they would (answer given to me when asked about that was "I'm telling you now" ) , the NP told the receptionist to tell me to go to urgent care. Even giving just one star is too much. I’ve been seeing a psychiatrist since I was a child and this office by far has been the worst one I’ve experienced! They do NOT care about you or what is in your best interest. They don’t listen to what you have to say nothing.. 0/10 would NOT recommend to anyone!

My wife recently visited this office for the first time and I am shocked at how she was treated by the nurse practitioner named Andrea J Briner-Johnson. She was belittled and interrogated about what medications she is on. She was then told that her condition was "her own fault so she's going to have to just deal with it." As my wife was sharing her innermost issues with this person expecting compassion, understanding, and help. Instead she was met with judgment, condescension, and blunt comments. I went to see Dr. Andrea for the first time today. It was the worst experience I ever had w a mental health specialist if that's what u want to call her. I left after a few minutes realizing she had no intentions of helping me or listening to anything I had to say. She belittled me and was extremely rude and unkind. The NP Andrea is by far the worst mental health practitioner I've ever had and I've had a spectrum of professionals treat my issues over nearly twenty years. From clinics with grad students to top notch doctors in elite class in their field. I have never had a professional tell me they don't like my attitude after I defended myself after being belittled for having ptsd, anxiety and depression and my life response to it. I sat in the waiting room for less then 15 min. For a dear friend only to watch this staff belittling a poor helpless women who probably has no other place to go with her problems. And then to talk about her after she left so brazen in front of the rest of us sitting there. RUDE!

Receptionist named patty extremely rude, one of the most unprofessional receptionists I have ever dealt with, snapping at me to give her my debit card when i didn't get it out of my purse fast enough for her. Frankly, not one person in the entire office has ever even smiled the few times I have been in here. I also had to wait almost 3 months to even get an appointment. This is not a dr office that cares about their patients. Not worth paying out of pocket, wouldn't be worth it even with insurance.
