I am writing this to do my best to acknowledge and with my deepest appreciation, the exceptional level of customer service I have experienced with our first boat purchase at Wieda's. The details of the unique and crazy events that occurred with our boat are too numerous but of no fault of Wieda's or ours frankly but Sean and his entire team addressed each unforeseen turn we had with our Triton.

I traveled 10 hours to get my boat because of the amazing reputation Wieda's has and they did not disappoint. They did an amazing job, almost as if they were rigging their own boat and put a lot of personal care into it. They took the time to answer every question and cover all the bases. They even set me up with financing and insurance. When I got home a few days later a packet with amazingly detailed instructions arrived on how to register my boat and trailer including all required paperwork and pre-made out check to pay for it. Here are the facts of my experience at Wieda's:
Took 2008 tracker in for 1) new trolling motor install/mount 2) tight steering needed service (helm replacement) 3) oil tank sensor was bad and needed replaced. After discussing price with service manager on phone agreed to proceed with trolling motor install and helm service only. Got a call my boat was ready. When I picked it up the oil sensor was fixed and the other two things were not done. They acknowledged their mistake and agreed to fix the trolling motor and helm, fine. Got a call my boat was ready and went to pick up. Helm was replaced
