If you are considering doing ANYTHING concerning a boat you should be talking to someone at Hern Marine. I have been to a lot of dealerships and I can say my experience with these guys has been amazing. Whether it's in sales or in service, you are treated like a person first and a customer second. You can go anywhere to buy a boat, but if you are looking for honesty and a great experience- Go to Hern.

SCOTT at Hern Marine is one of the absolute most helpful, nicest, knowledgeable and above excellent customer service / parts personnel I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to! It is a rare thing anymore for the majority of businesses to care at all about you, let alone your problems, as if having boat issues aren’t irritating enough this gentleman went over and above in helping us with parts and info when speaking to my husband today! He actually cared and wanted to help us and it so showed. Called a few other places before finding Hern and was made to feel like I was a bother even ringing

Hands down the the absolute best!!! As new boat owners, we weren’t sure of what to expect when shopping for the right boat. The team at Hern took the time to walk us through all of our options and explain in detail the difference between them. After making the decision, they were able to store the boat until the weather turned and even delivered it to our location. Upon drop off, we were escorted by David on the water where he explained in detail everything until we were comfortable on our own. We’re extremely pleased with every aspect of the process. Highly recommend!!!!

Absolutely great experience from start to finish. Inquired when inventory was very low, sales person (Wes) kept in touch about what they had and availability, showed us a few boats that matched our requirements and helped us pick out a great boat. Sale process was very smooth, very reasonable delivery options, and service after the sale has been perfect.

Hands down Hern marine is the only place to buy a boat, buy accessories and have your boat serviced. I boat in lake Cumberland and pull my boat home just to have it serviced by Hern. The service team is hands down the best in the business, they are very professional and know what they are talking about. Travis in service is the best I have ever dealt with, he has gone up and over my expectations as a service tech.

They also sell online through Wholesale marine. Bought a boat cover though wholesale marine with Hern Marine Distributors on the pack slip. Even though it’s a guaranteed fit this cover is worthless and doesn’t fit for ..... now no one wants to exchange or help out. Maybe in person they are helpful, but their online businesses are?
Should have gone through a reputable outfit. Wasn’t the first time I was ripped off by a company and won’t be the last, but if this helps you make a decision on who to work with your welcome.

I bought my second boat from Hern Marine in November 2018. They stored it for me then personally delivered it to Norris Lake in Tennessee in April 2019. The owner actually did the delivery. Wes Bonekemper was my sales person. He did an excellent job of providing information before, during and after the sale. When I buy my next boat it will be from Hern. By the way, we are very happy with our new Crownline.
