Wellness Plans are customized pet health care packages. All pets, even young, healthy adult pets, need preventive care to stay healthy. Wellness Plans are designed to provide that care in a convenient package with affordable monthly payments*. Whether your pet is a puppy or kitten, adult or senior pet, there is a plan to suit their medical needs.
Proper dental care is very important to your pets overall health: most pets over three have some evidence of periodontal (dental disease). Left untreated it can result in bad breath, tooth loss, gum inflammation, pain and other serious health problems. We recommend annual dental exams and cleanings (scalings) to keep your pet's teeth healthy.
If your pet becomes ill, our experienced staff and doctors will have access to advanced diagnostic resources including an in-house laboratory and radiology equipment to help them diagnose and treat the problem. Our experienced veterinary team provides skilled surgical services from routine procedures like spays and neuters to more advanced and extensive operations like mass removals and fracture repair. Our licensed veterinary technicians assist Dr. Fitz during surgical procedures, and our hospital has state-of-the-art anesthetic and monitoring equipment that includes EKG, pulse oximeter, blood pressure and body temperature monitoring.

I can go on and on about how this office will perform tests, put animals thru stressful situations for money. But my real problem with them.. I switched vets because of several reasons.. I am SO PLEASED with Anchor Bay Vet. Everyone is so pleasant and the doctor seems to truly care. The doctor calls me and says my cat has a grade 4 heart murmur! The doctor expected me to know this.. but I didn't because instead of checking my cats heart.. Bayside animal clinic was too busy doing the things that could rack up my bill! So glad I never have to deal with them again. Just going to be angry as all hell

I've been coming here for years, Dr. Fitz and her staff are amazing, professional, compassionate, they always explain what's happening so you can have a better understanding, there are many animal clinics in our neighborhood but Dr Fitz and her staff are the best.

Absolutely one of the best vet's we have been too. We are a military family so my puppies have seen their fair share of doctors. The vet technician was amazing, beyond friendly and took excellent care of our dogs. Well priced and Dr. Fitz explained everything that was done and took the time to answer my questions. Highly recommend to have Dr. Fitz to become your family's vet.

I'm very grateful to have such a compassionate and dedicated veterinarian. My mother's dog is her faithful companion. When her arthritis issues started to escalate and the joint meds needed something more, Dr Fitz suggested having “Cold” laser therapy and it has been a tremendous help. The difference in her is amazing. She is back to running in the yard and getting up the stairs to bed so much easier. My mom and I would highly recommend the treatments. Dr Fitz and her staff look for the right answers to do the best for our four legged family members. Thank you Dr Fitz!
