Not a good experience at all. She did a horrible job at communicating from the very beginning with us, she told us one thing one time then something different another time. Ultimately because of her lack of communication we lost $500. We have used travel agents before and her service was nothing like what we have experienced in the past. We do not recommend at all.

We were extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided by Angee and her staff. We booked our vow renewal over a year prior to our event date. We were provided with our invoice March 2018 and had until May 2019 to complete payment. Well, April 2019 less than 60 days until final payment is due; Angee then sent us an "updated invoice" advising that there was a discrepancy in the child rate and we were now responsible for paying the difference. Neither Angee nor her staff did anything to help us or our guests due to their error. Instead, Angee stated that we should have looked at the rates

My wife and I watched the Fyre Festival documentary on Netflix, and my only response to that debacle of a vacation in the Bahamas, was that this is why we use Vacations with Flair. I'm 100% positive that the people that endured those injustices there, could have had the security and confidence with Angee and her team to create more memorable and amazing experiences around the globe.

From day one Angee was so attentive and helpful while helping us plan our honeymoon. She answered all of our questions and was so timely with any requests that we had. She went above and beyond when our flight from Chicago to Miami was delayed an hour and a half. We missed our flight to St. Lucia by 30 minutes and were stuck in Miami for the night. This threw off our reservations for our helicopter tour as well as the fact that we were going to lose a whole night in our butler suite. We called her as soon as we landed in Miami and within 2 hours she called us back and said everything was taken
