I have been going to Soo for years and have always been happy with their services until recently. After having my shirts dry cleaned I came home to find a large, what looked like an industrial burn hole, through the sleeve of my white shirt.
After going back to Soo to bring this too their attention, the owner adamantly denied any wrong doing and insisted this must have been done somewhere else (even with the dry cleaning tag still on the shirt). She stated that they “clean over 300 shirts a day and their is no way they could of done this.

I brought a pair of uniform pants ( Woman ) to Soo Cleaners to have a zipper replaced. They were an extra pair so I did not notice at the time but when I tried to use pants I found that they replaced the zipper with a pull tab big enough for a Man’s winter ski jacket. The pants could not be worn.
When I brought the pants back I spoke to a woman named Catherine. She said she would not correct their mistake because they couldn’t possibly have done the work. They checked their computer and found that the work had been done by them. Catherine still refused to correct the mistake.

I have been going here for years. But no more. I paid their prices because I was always happy with their work. I had taken a white dress shirt to be cleaned. When I went to pick up the shirt it had some dark sticky stuff on the sleeve that an employee knew was not there when I dropped it off originally. So she said they would clean it again. When I returned to pick the shirt up for the 2nd time the sticky stuff was half off.
