Our trained, 24-hour staff helps support an active lifestyle of each of our residents so they can enjoy the freedom to spend their time as they please. We foster independence while supporting the individual's physical and social needs. Lilac Springs offers four levels of care determined by an individual's medical acuity.
Words can not express the gratitude our family has for your entire staff. My mother truly enjoyed her time at Lilac Springs, from the singing cowboy to the fun animal visits. Thank you for providing a safe and extremely friendly home for her. She so LOVED all the great food and caring staff, including making up nicknames for many.
