2020 was a difficult and challenging year, and we are all happy it's behind us! The Parliament House with it's renewed look and ongoing improvements looks majestic right across from the beach. Despite the pandemic, work on the new Pampano Beach Pier project and surrounding area has moved forward. The New Pompano Beach Pier has been completed and is now open to the public for visiting and fishing.
We now have two fabulous restaurants, the Beach House and Oceanic, both serving delicious meals in a vibrant and family oriented atmosphere. The new Fish Tales beach bar is also open. It offers a relaxed beach outdoor atmosphere, a variety cocktails, beers and other beverages with a limited menu. Across the street, there is Alvin's selling all kinds of beach accessories and Pompano Beach memorabilia.

The Parliament House Towers Condominium is located on Ocean Blvd and A1A in Pompano Beach Florida. Across the street from the ocean and within walking distance to the newly renovated and rapidly growing Pompano Beach Pier and Restaurants. With spectacular Ocean and Intercoastal views from almost all apartments, the Parliament House Condo is located just north of Atlantic Blvd.
The beach is just across the street. It offers beach chairs, beds and cabanas for rent. Lifeguards are on duty from 9:00 am. to 6:00 pm every day. There is a public park that runs along the beach with grill areas, benches and covered eating areas which can be reserved for the day. It is a place for families to gather and enjoy a fun day at the beach!

My landlord is PHENOMENAL, but the board is completely ageist. If you’re young, they’re not going to like you. I’ve lived here 4 years, and they’re still nasty. It’s very uncomfortable sometimes. There’s always ambulances because the people are so old sadly. The property manager is also extremely rude and condescending. Residents have nothing better to do than nitpick at everything. Over it!

Nice bldging going over alot of renovations. New gym. New tiki huts as well as new poolside chairs & umbrellas. Fabulous pool area for sun alday long.
My only concern is security is not the best. They open the door for many. We should all be made to use our keys.
New board is MUCH better than old one. They are moving right along with requests to better the bldg.
Great location and awesome to walk across the street and you are at the ocean. Great views!

Great building, new painting, very well located, the board does a very good job in keeping the building up-to-date, was there in April, 2018 and they were redoing the whole exterior. The gym is new, so is the sauna, pool tables, game rooms, office spaces, library, happy hours, in general folks, residents are cool people. Walk across the street and you are in one of Broward finest beaches. If your looking to.make a move to the beaches, this is the building to invest in and enjoy the ultimate beach life.

Black Hatter is incorrect in saying that meetings are held during the daytime. It is true that under the original Declaration of Condominium (set out in 1970) the Annual Meeting (as mandated by Florida condominium law) was held at 2:00 p.m. on a Tuesday in January; but that was when the building was envisioned as a home for snowbirds and retirees. For the last many years, the Annual Meeting as well as the monthly meeting of the Board of Directors (which is always open to residents) has been held at 7:00 p.m. Recently, when someone complained that the 7:00 time was inconsistent with the Declaration
