This condo was built in 1970. For a highrise building that is almost 50 years old it is in very good shape. The entire building had the windows replaced with impact resistant glass. The roof was replaced in 2017. The pool deck overlooking the beach is huge. The common areas are clean and attractive. It is a good value if you are looking for an oceanfront condo in Lauderdale by the Sea.
