I have no idea how this company gets a WHOLE SCHOOL to patronize them. Customer service is horrible. They won’t answer the phone as they know that 9 times out of 10 there’s a complaint waiting on the other end. They were however especially quick to respond to my email to let me know that I would not get what I wanted and that do not stand behind their advertised prices. I certainly hope they are not who the school uses next year. At the end of the day I would rather print my pics off my iPhone than to give any money to this business.

Company took photos for my daughters elementary didn’t even send what I paid for when I contacted them they said I needed to touch base with the teacher which I had already done and said she would be responsible then asked if someone else picks my daughter up from assuming someone else lost them very rude and unprofessional

Had photos taken with company at my eldest daughters last school. She was absent on picture day due to being ill but I had also paid for a class photo that I never received. They didn’t refund anything for the individual photo. She’s at a different school this year and now I’m also having issues with her (and my other’s) photos! I paid $35 for each digital download and extra for a class photo, and instead received an 8x10 ($14) of my 3 children and no class photo. I have emailed twice and called, but haven’t gotten a response and no one answers the phone.

This is going to be the 4th time I call this company to correct spring pictures. I did not recieve class picture for one child and asked them to correct blemish which they did not but added name/year to one child. Called to get corrected...still wrong. Just received next second "corrected" batch....STILL WRONG. Keep in mind I asked them to take second payment assuming for sure they will get this right. My husband is a small business owner so I support but not when I haveee this many issues not only that the young lady I've been speaking with was not friendly and apologetic. I've asked to just take

This is my first year ordering pictures through the company for school pictures. The packages are very overpriced for what you receive. The picture paper is super thin and cheap. I am also used to getting the class picture for free, but not with this company. I am all for supporting small businesses, but the product has to be worth it. I really miss school pictures through Lifetouch. Get it together top of Texas because your reviews are at the bottom. Top end prices should equal top end product.

Paid for my son's name and year to be on the Fall school pictures, but did not come on the prints. They reprinted them, and I had to look in a blue tote outside their door to pick them up. Now it's time for spring pictures, and they didn't even come to the school to take pictures. They rescheduled for more than a month from now. I would like to know why they rescheduled.

Best photography company I have encountered. They have taken senior portraits for not only myself, but multiple members of my family and they never fail to deliver exceptional results!
I have school portraits in my wallet of my nephew and niece that came from Top of Texas and they still look like they are new, seems like they use quality paper in their prints. I would recommend them to anybody.

Very disappointed with this company! My daughter's school had picture day, which we paid for. She missed the photos because she had to go to the hospital. When my wife spoke with them and asked about retakes, they told us to attach the receipt with the order showing that we already paid which we did. Months after the retakes, we still haven't received the pictures. We've called and asked where the photos were and they said they would mail it directly to our house. Still haven't received the pictures despite following their instructions on what to do. We will no longer have pictures of our children
