A. When you need covered hospital care, your participating Physician will arrange for your admission to a participating hospital that your physician admits to. Your Physician will also obtain a pre-authorization from your insurance company, if it is required. This procedure helps keep your out-of-pocket costs down and helps the insurance company work with the hospital to make sure you do not receive any unnecessary medical bills.

I wanted to find out what is the best policy for my sons health condition.
The broker didn't even ask the details regarding his condition and needs and he rushed me into changing into more expensive policy without understanding the nature of my kid health expenses .
After I called him back and tried to understand why he suggested the new policy, he actually agreed that I don't need that one and than tried to re enroll me into the cheapest one without discussion of the details of that policy.
After I showed confusion , not knowing what to do,
He told me really rude that he doesn't have time
