Quotes can take between 2-3 days for generation, and to please allow 5 business days for a proposal on your options. To receive quotes on Disability Coverage there must be more than 5 employees enrolling in coverage and you must include employee job titles and annual salaries on the census.

I was recommended a policy that made sense at the time and hesitantly paid their consulting "fee". My cousin is in an insurance agent and had her review my policy months later and was enraged at the plan when I showed her my bills and they didn't cover any of my doctors and my 1 generic prescription

After leaving my full-time job to start my own business, I needed serious help navigating the insurance world. I cannot recommend Laura enough! So Laura K from The Health Insurance Shoppe was simply incredible. I've been really struggling with finding information about health bills and what to do when I'm uninsured. Even though I wasn't a client of theirs she went above and beyond of what I expected from an insurance company. Can't say enough about the customer service here! Knowledgeable, competent, and responsive. My family and I were moving to Chicago from out of state, my wife's insurance was ending, and she was due to deliver a baby very soon after arrival. A unique and stressful coverage situation. While the service was friendly, I was disappointed with the limited options provided. I wound up finding great options with another agency that took the time to ask me questions about my individual situation. They quickly discovered that what I thought I needed was not my best option. I wish the Health Insurance Shoppe had done the same. However, I greatly appreciate their willingness to refund my fee and their follow up with me.
