My dog died suddenly we couldn't get ahold of anybody in my town I called this place and spoke to Brandy. She was amazing very professional BUT we were promised an open door and someone waiting for us when we got there even tho it was going to be after hours. We agreed to the after hour fee. We drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there. We got there nobody answered the phone I called at least 10 times, nobody was waiting for us nobody ever showed up! We had to drive all the way back to town with our dead dog in the back seat! Whoever Brandy had on call did not do their job!

My husbands 17 year old min pin/ chihuahua mix had gotten ran over and I had called forever friends late a night. Us thinking the worst of maybe no one is going to answer sighed in relief when we did get an answer especially how late it was. Jeremy met us in a very timely manner and helped us through the process. He let us say our goodbyes and informed us of the process and how long it would take to receive her ashes back. We are so very grateful for everyone and the work they do at forever friends.

My wife had a dog pass recently and we decuded to have her cremated. We called gorevor friends and they were kind, courteous, and very understanding. Brandy was very professional and explained the process very well.
The turn around time was far quicker than expected and the end result was just what my wife needed for her to begin to heal.

I lost my dog of almost 12 years and I was find a place to cremate and I found this place it was nice the only complaint I have is that they spelled our last name wrong 😅 they put an l and not an o I think they should ask if they spelled the name right before they used it other than that the person was nice

Extremely professional and courteous. Reasonably priced and they have a ton of memorial options. I had my 14 year old Corgi cremated and was able to order keepsake urns for family members as well as jewelry that held her ashes. They went out of their way to accommodate any requests I made. I highly recommend them.

When our beloved Max passed we looked everywhere for pet cremation services that would ensure we would indeed get his ashes only. Forever friends allows the family to be there and actually start the cremation process. You are welcome to wait until the process is completed.
The staff was very friendly and professional during this hard time.
