Dentist was rude. He did not want to deal with me because I have anxiety. He wanted to send me to an oral surgeon. I explained my insurance would not cover that. It would only cover his office. So here i sit. Still with the same problem. The first visit i was turned away because insurance would not cover xrays. I had to wait until xrays came from the other dentists. All I wanted at that time was a. script of antibiotics for infection. He sent me away with an infection. Needless to say overall, experience at this office was very bad. I would not recommend him or his front desk help to anyone. Both

I have had a lot of experience with dentists some good others not so, Dr Roberts rates extremely high on my scale of dentists I would highly recommend. His demeanor was wonderful. Not once did I feel rushed or just another patient. He allowed me the time and curtiesies I needed to know I was in good hands. I found him to be honest and sincere in the dental plan he proposed for me. Thank you Dr. Roberts for reestablising my trust in dentists.

I've been trusting that this dentist would take care of my teeth for over ten years. Every six months I routinely went for my dental hygiene cleaning and check up (his office cleaned them as well). Since I was vacationing out of state, but due for a cleaning, I went to my brother in law's dental office in Michigan who discovered 7 (seven) deep cavities. NEVER in my life had this much work to be done. Will NOT be back!!!!

Staff wasn't very rude and the dr. Acted like he had better things to do then to help me with my tooth pain. Then didn't even give me any antibiotics for an infection I had. I ended up having to go to my primary to prescribe antibiotics. Heaven forbid if you call with a question or if you need to set up a procedure. You would have better luck getting blood from a turnip.
