Let me start by saying that my initial call was pleasant and informative. I believe her name is Jessica, she listened to my problem and explained the diagnostic process including the costs right out the gate.

Yes, if you are a AAA member, towing service is provided to you as a benefit of the program. The easiest & quickest way to arrange for a tow is to call the AAA Emergency Road Service number listed on your member card. By calling AAA directly your billing is handled automatically without you needing to do anything additional.

Satisfied customer. I picked up my vehicle Tuesday 12/28, drove it home and it drove very well. I didn’t drive it anymore until Thursday morning. On that day I took a 5hr trip home and it drove like a champ. I stopped several times expecting to see coolant leaking yet found nothing. Having 3 vehicles I’ll say it again I’m a satisfied customer. The team sent text notifications and updates on the progress of my vehicle. Moving forward I will take all my vehicles to A&R.

A&R Complete Auto Care is my new auto care location. After an overheating issue over a weekend and a phone call to their business that Monday, I was able to get my car towed to their shop. I was totally kept in the loop by text and phone from logging me into the system, diagnostics, repairs needed with cost, and when ready for pick up a mere 2 days later. A&R was friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and efficient. My car hasn't had this level of attention since I left NY state. A+++!

I needed a thermostat replaced on my car. It was causing my car to overheat. They performed a diagnostic test for about $100. A $15 thermostat turned into $483.19 repair!!! Most auto repair shops deduct the diagnostic but this place didn't!!! I feel because I'm a woman they took advantage of me!!! I feel violated and not only will I never come back I won't be recommending them!!!

Talk about a quality place! They don't make em like this any more. It's so hard to find a quality and trust worthy mechanic shop. I'm an ASE Master Mechanic and dread taking my vehicle anywhere. That's why I installed my own 2 post lift at home. However, I don't have an alignment machine so that had to be subed out. I wouldn't hesitate to use this place again for anything. Many thanks guys!

Honest, prompt, and fair pricing. I had a Friday morning appointment but dropped my vehicle off Thursday after lunch and much to my surprise, they had it done and ready for pickup the same day. Found the problem with my A/C, asked if it was ok to go ahead with repair, and sent me texts with the progress and also a vehicle health report. They didn't try to sell me parts or labor that I didn't need, and I'll be taking my business to them from now on. I've already recommended them to a few of my coworkers.

Thank you Will & the nice lady at the front each time I brought my car (MuleDawg) in to have repairs done for their kindness & professionalism. This will be the shop that I allow to preform work on my Classic’96 caprice.

They provide options
All work is warranted
Cons-
They won’t install outside parts
They need a bigger bay (idk I just see them doing more business 😂)
They don’t (from what I saw) have a dyno test bay)
This is like I told Will my 2nd best place (Rural King 1st).
Keep doing what your company is designed to do
