At todays visit Scott was able to connect my phone to my hearing aids plus showed me how I can listen to music through my hearing aids. These are huge for me as I am deaf in one ear and hard of hearing in the other making the phone very difficult to use and the radio had to be turned on so high my neighbors could hear. These two things made me so over the top excited!!!

I've been going to Sound Point since they fitted me with hearing aids, about 4 years now. In both their old location and the new one, I've received excellent service. Any concern I've had has been addressed and resolved. Both Scott, Landon and Monica and their new receptionist are friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
