I went in a half hour before closing looking for a pair of shoes compatible with a Peloton bike, and the salesman did a wonderful job. He was patient and guided me through the process, and ultimately found the perfect shoes for the bike. They also assembled the clip to the shoe and adjusted it to my needs, free of charge! Will go back for all of my exercise bike needs.

So i bought a pair of shoes to ride on my indoor Peloton bike. At first i could not get them to clip in and went to return them. Mike, the young salesman volunteered to return to my home to assist. A few minor adjustments and boom! I am good to go! Now that is service to be proud of. My bike store for life. Highly recommend!

It all started when I brought my Bianchi to Bike Land to have it tuned up. As I walked in I was greeted by Vincent who said he would take care of my bike. I thought that would be my final run in with Bike Land but boy was I wrong.
As things continued on I realized I would a bunch of other things that I would need and Vincent was there to help. He helped me order panniers and racks. He custom fit my front rack and had to send back the panniers as the company had sent the wrong ones. He took it into his own hands to order everything for me and was a huge help.
