Horrible place to put your family I worked there a week and never came back residents never have clean clothes beds soil they just put clean chucks over the urine residents not able to get extra food when they are still hungry nurse wants to rush and check residents when family’s come other wise they don’t since I quit their not trying to give me my check all they worry about is the state coming in horrible place it just looks nice

My 96 year old father moved into Hamilton House two weeks ago. He is really happy and we are delighted with what is available. The staff has been so helpful- from administration to friendly front desk, and maintenance guys available to help. Professional and personal, a perfect combination to make people welcome and feel at home. What a great choice for our family. We feel confident that our dad’s we’ll being is in great hands. He will thrive here!

The Hamilton House has been very efficient and very understanding, with both parents living there. When our father passed in December, the staff was very comforting, and we were able to be with our mother, which was very comforting for all of us. Both our parents have been taken care of very well, and my mother is doing well, after our father passed. My father would say that the food was excellent, and he was happy at the Hamilton House with our mother. The staff has taken care of both parents, and their comments have been excellent on how they have been treated by the staff. .

The Hamilton House was a nightmare for our family. Let me repeat, a nightmare. Don't let the new building fool you. The five star reviews here must be company shills.
The truth is that they cannot retain staff or management. Staff calls in sick for the holiday weekends and are grossly understaffed. Our family member was not safe there. There are many violations we observed. The last week there we had to be there 24x7 because of safety issues. If you have a loved one who needs this type of care, do not sentence them to this place. Hamilton House is a brand new senior living community in Cedarburg. The location is great, a few minute drive from downtown but placed away from noisy, busy roads. The staff is incredible and really has the residents' best interest at heart. There are plenty of room size options, the food is amazing, and the residents really bring a family atmosphere. I want to live at a place like this when my time comes.
