Brittany sure knows her stuff and made me feel so beautiful on my special day! She is my go to girl when I need to look my best for makeup and hair. Expensive and poor customer service. I asked Brittany for a full refund of my $200 deposit when my wedding date in August 2020 changed by one week and Brittany was not available. She said no due to her policy and I accepted that but asked that she apply it to a bride trial instead since I couldn't use her on my big day and I wanted to get my money's worth. Nope. She refused. She said I need to use her company on my wedding day even if she was unavailable. Who does that? I told her that I was using someone else and that I would like to apply it to a bride trial which was totally reasonable

TALENTED & LOVELY!!!Brittany and Jessica were a complete dream to work with at a photo shoot we did this weekend in Malibu. From my first interaction with Brittany, I knew she was a professional and was very accommodating to my 2 day notice for a 20+ cast website photo shoot. Brittany and her team were absolutely amazing! The first time I had my hair and makeup done by them was at my sister in laws wedding and after seeing what an amazing job they did, I knew I had to have them for my own wedding. Brittany from Elite Makeup Designs has absolutely been the best makeup artist I have yet to meet. She listens to what you want and need and delivers it flawlessly every time. Brittany has done my hair and makeup for several events over the years. Her makeup technique is amazing--lasting through the whole day (and admittedly even through to the next day) without wearing off or smudging. By the end of the day it surprisingly looks as fresh as when she applies it initially! Truly amazing.

I scheduled a trial with her about a month before my wedding and she took her time to listen and understand the look I was going for. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding that booked her services and I was so in love with my hair/makeup that day, I booked her for my own wedding the following year. Presented the wife with a professional makeup artist job, since she refused to leave the house without professionally applied makeup for a television taping we were both going to attend. Brittany did a full hair and makeup trial with me, complete with the headband and veil I had bought beforehand, and was very easy to work with to create the look I wanted. I had specific ideas of what I wanted my hair and makeup to look like on my wedding day and the final outcome was everything I had envisioned.
