I'm a native Chicagoan who strolled into the City of Angels more than 20 years ago. I'm a mom who refused to lose myself just because I became a parent.
There's more to it than the shape and shade. Safety, skill, comfort, and trust are major factors in choosing where to get your brows done. Microblading is done with a handle tool. A microblade hand tool is literally a handle with several little needles banded together at the end of it. During the process the needles are dipped into pigment and then gently placed along the client's skin in the shape of a hair stroke.
Eyeliner tattooing at Face Permanent Makeup is done by gently placing pigment in the eyeliner area. When finished you leave with the most beautiful eyeliner that won't smudge and you never have to re-apply. It makes your lashes look dark and your eyes look brighter. Imagine waking up everyday with eyeliner already in place.
Permanent lip tattooing at Face Permanent Makeup is done by gently placing pigment in the lip area. You bring in your favorite color and I'll match it. If you don't have a favorite color then we pick one out together. Most of the time my clients like a more natural look. So what I do is create a lip color that is close to your natural lip color but with a little bit of a 'kick'.
You should not go into a sauna, steam room, or jacuzzi for the first 48 hours because of the possibility of sweating out the color. When taking a shower, for the first 10 days, make sure that hot water straight from the shower head doesn't hit your face because it can take off color. Don't use anti-aging products on your skin after your brows get microbladed- no retinol, no salicylic gel, no glycolic acid.

Denise is great!! I went in to get my eyebrows micro bladed a year and a half ago...the results were flawless. I had to go back and get them touched up and moved to Texas and when I came back to LA I had to make an appointment with Denise because I would not go to anyone else!! My eyebrows have never looked better!! If you're looking for someone to do your eyebrows she is definitely the one!

One of the best gifts I ever gave myself was getting permanent makeup done. And more importantly done by Denise. I’m an athlete. I teach several cycling classes a week, I’m a runner and a personal trainer. I don’t want to wear makeup when I workout but I also don’t want to look like I just woke up when I walk in to teach a class. Also, I sweat a lot and my permanent makeup has held up for the past 3 years now! Denise is a professional!

Denise is so professional and friendly. She truly cares about her work and her reputation. I had wanted micro blading for a while but was hesitant in where to go. Initially, I was hesitant because I have hooded eyes, and putting on my eyeliner is nearly impossible. Denise is in a class all of her own!! I am very picky when it comes to anything concerning my physical appearance...especially something that is permanent. Also I have super high anxiety when it comes to needles or pain. Which is why it took me over a year to pull the trigger and get my brows done.
