Erin Anderson was absolutely AMAZING, she was extremely patient with me and my situation and she was able to get me into a place when so many others rejected me. She fought for me and worked with me to get everything that was needed to get me into a place!! I was recommended Phelps Realty Group from a friend in Connecticut as an agency that would assist me in moving from outside the state. Tyler and the Phelps realty group really took care of us in 2020! What a crazy year to start looking for a home as a first time home buyer... the summer market was overwhelming to say the least. We were so intimidated by the multiple offer situations, that we pretty much decided to quit looking and keep renting. However, Tyler emailed us a house in November that we just had to see. He was quick to jump on it and him and his amazing team had us closed 30 days!! Which is incredible in this crazy market. Tyler is amazing and cool, calm, and collected.
