During the last 2 years, my husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Agnelli Real Estate twice. First, we sold a home we owned and our son and his family occupied on Shady Lane in East Hartford, CT. We dealt with George Agnelli (Broker) and Eileen Mannarino (Realtor) with the sale of this home.
Call the Chamber Of Commerce and Visitors & Convention Bureau in your new town and get their new resident information packages. Remove all items from basement, storage sheds, attics, and plan a garage sale or charity donation for all items you don't want to move. Get copies of (or arrange for transfer at both ends of move) all school, medical, dental, veterinary, legal, and accounting records.

I was rushed off the phone by the owner George Agnelli himself when he finally returned my phone calls in regards to one of the realtors there John.

“I’ve missed 35 phone calls from lawyers in the time we’ve been talking, it’s the end of the month I’m trying to close deals” George Agnelli
My fiancé and I had not heard back from the agent we had met for several weeks. Unfortunately no one from the office decided to pick up where the agent left off n we lost out on our dream condo.
I find it completely rude and unprofessional

First realtor never responded to us, the second one ( Sandra Sokoloff) had us sign an exclusive contract with them the first time we met without explaining what we were signing.
Taking advantage of young first time home buyers is not acceptable. The agreement she had us sign said that if we were to purchase a house (even ones she had no dealing with) that we owed her the fee. Yes, I shouldn't have signed anything without understanding it but that is not an excuse to take advantage of your client.
When we confronted her about it she told us "if you are working with any other agents and they did

The Realtor Oomilya Poo-Nark out of the Glastonbury office was awful, my soon to be ex wife had proposed to use her to sell our property, I had some reservations about her based on her track record she had no experience on selling properties in are area.So I stated that in order to secure her as our realtor she would have to agree in writing to share details about every step of the sale with both parties however she failed to do so, once the house was under deposit she no longer included me in the process, she neglected to share any information regarding the inspection and closing details,it appeared

They were responsive and made sure we got everything done quick and done right! They were able to get us the contractors needed to do some final renovations that were affordable and had the job done quick, and done right.
I would highly recommend Agnelli Real Estate to anyone I know. Seven days a week, night or day, George and his team are there for you. George was attentive to make sure we didn't price it too low or too high and we had a full price offer in a few days.

Ask for Shyeeda! She is amazing! She is very prompt in her replies and incredibly diligent in trying to help you find what you are looking for. She is an articulate person who is able to help clarify and express to others what your needs are.
She walked us step by step through any paperwork required and didn't rush us, even though I like read everything and I mean everything. Shy will do her best for you regarding work schedules and viewings.
As a renter, the only fee that I incurred was $20 for a blanket background and credit check that helped expedite the process since all landlords want one
