I was very disappointed in Colin's work ethics. He just wasted our time and our tenant's good will towards us because he didn't pay attention to what he was told and didn't even do the work we were inquiring about.
Likely he was just trying to sell new windows rather than just do the trim work that was being requested.
He acts friendly and like he cares but his actions show clearly he does not pay attention and showed little professionalism towards a potential customer.

We have had Colin and Cross View Glass out several times to replace original windows in our home. Two of the replacements were for a failing dining room window and a failing sliding glass door. The third window was to replace a large picture window in our master bathroom with a picture window that opened. Colin was extremely professional, timely, and his work was outstanding. He worked with us in designing our new window for the bathroom to ensure it fit with the existing aesthetic of the house and met our needs. We will definitely be using Cross View Glass in all of our future window and glass

We needed a new back slider window to be installed within a week and Colin responded to our request immediately. He installed the glass within our requested time schedule and did so professionally and with a smile! We love our new shower enclosure! From start to finish, Colin gave great technical and aesthetic advice. He is detail-oriented and meticulous throughout the whole process. Colin just replaced all the windows in our rented house. It was a pretty big job (more than 20 windows of various sizes) but he got everything done in a week. As far as I can tell, he did an excellent job. You can tell he pays a lot of attention to details. On top of that, he always professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

I hired Cross View Glass to replace all of the windows for my house. Colin did a wonderful job and totally exceeded our expectations. He came over to measure my windows twice to make sure the new windows he ordered were sized correctly. Knowing I'm very busy at work, he completed all 12 windows in only 3 and half days, through excellent attention to details. He refused to take shortcut; instead, he did a thorough job to make sure the windows were put in properly. He went extra miles and spent hours in the summer heat to fix what wasn't done correctly by the previous window installer from
