Due to the depreciating nutritive value of food grown today and abundant use of chemicals, it is imperative that additional supplements are added into the diet. Consuming the right amount of food may not prove sufficient as it may lack in the nutritive value which is often the case in today's environment.

I really love this place! I had no idea what it was when I first went in there. I never would have guessed it was a nice health food grocery store right in Cleburne! I thought maybe it was a vitamin store based off of the name (they have vitamins too). They always have the niche items that I’m looking for. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful too. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are completely closed on Saturdays. There have been many times I wanted to go buy something and unfortunately it was a Saturday. Of all the days to be closed that seems like

The people who work there are very knowledgeable at what they do. Willing to listen to what your needs are, and help you find a solution that works best for you. Prices are a little bit high, but that's the same as every single nutritional store out there. The employees are the reason I will return again and again.

The store itself gets 5 stars but customer service can make or break it. 111AJ checked my items. I had to address him first and in return, I received a quick, half hearted "hi". He then told me my total and I handed him cash, putting it in his hand but, he in turn put my change on the counter for me to pick up and then spoke not one more word. No "have a great day" or anything. Customer service should be excellent across the board no matter what kind of day you are having or whatever background the customer may have. I most definitely will return to the store, but 111AJ needs to treat everyone

The best health food store in central Texas! A wider selection of health foods and nutrition supplements that I've seen in Texas. It rivals the best stores I've seen on the west coast. They offer a great selection of made to order smoothies that are delicious and very good for you as well as organic groceries including grass fed beef.

Cons:
All essential oils and CBD products are kept under LOCK AND KEY. You must ring a bell and wait and take a card to the register.
Inventory is not restocked in a timely manner. When they run out of something it's quite a while before it is restocked.
Pros:
Prices are reasonable.
Employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

I am so grateful this store exists! I absolutely LOVE their selection of natural food and bath products. They have the best Peanut Butter Flutter smoothie and delicious cooked entrees that are made to order. Please help keep this place up and running forever by going here to shop for nutritious foods and supplements. I don't know what I'd do if they weren't in town. I love this place!!

I went to this store when I lived in Joshua. Upon moving to California, I've continued to mail order. And in Fresno, there's nothing to compare to Family Nutrition, especially the prices! They're totally knowledgeable, and have excellent, high quality products. I work with the same person, and often don't know what I'm looking for, and he's knowledgeable, and he never, never pushes the high priced items, nor anything, just for a sale, and I never end up with something I don't need.

I've been coming to this store ever since it opened. It's drastically improved with the present owners who turned it into a success! I was SO happy it moved into bigger quarters!! It had needed to branch out for a long time due to it's popularity!! If one is a vegan, this is the place to shop! Sure it's more expensive than the local food chain, but it's worth it to find all the needed items for your vegetarian dish. It has now even more items than it had in it's original building. My problem is I end up spending too much money & I learned to pay my bills first

Have shopped with them for many years now. Not sure how I feel about the larger location in the mall. Seems less cozy and friendly. They will need to fill it up more or scale down the floor space to give it the same atmoshere that I would like. Overall, I'm happy they are expanding and wish them well. Will continue to shop and recommend.

I love this place because I don't have to travel far for organic and natural items. Although somewhat pricey with select staff that are a bit rude, it provides for all my daily needs and the staff is in fact very knowledge of the products they sell.
I do wish they were opened Saturday too but the store is owed by Adventists so that's understandable for regions reasons. Overall, great place to shop; I highly recommend.

I love the Family Nutrition Center.
I do the majority of my weekly shopping there every Friday afternoon (before I go home and wipe out the rest of my check on bills :(
Most of the employees are very sociable and well informed about the products they sell.
The store was recently moved to the local mall, where they now have so much more space, they have begun to fill it in nicely with more and new products. It seems like there is something new every time I go.

I'm a vegetarian (but not a 7th day adventist), and they have a very nice vegetarian and organic section. Staff can be unfriendly and friendly depending on who you're dealing with. Kind of pricey, but you'll be spending just as much on gas driving to Whole Foods in Dallas from Cleburne and buying groceries.

The Family Nutrition Center is one of the reasons I can stand living in the middle of nowhere, Texas. A great selection for a locally owned store, fair prices, and a knowledgeable staff. Their selection includes vitamins, bath & beauty supplies, groceries, a frozen section, lots of crocs, and a juice bar. No, It is not Whole Foods .(honestly I prefer local so this is a plus to me).. but do you really expect to find a Whole Foods in Cleburne?

I like it because it's not Whole Foods. It's a small, locally owned grocery store. But then again, it's not Whole Foods, and there's definitely some advantages to a huge health food store. Maybe 1/4 to 1/2 of the size of a Whole Foods store, this place has just about all my health store needs (at least the ones that Whole Foods generally satisfies).
It does seem a little on the pricey side, but maybe not. The people are friendly and helpful.
This is a 7th Day Adventist store, which means a few things. 1, it's not open on Saturdays (not actually sure about Sundays, either
