I am a licensed physician and psychiatrist in the states of South Carolina, Georgia and Texas. I am Board Certified in General and Forensic Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and have practiced for more than 30 years. I am an active member and fellow in the American Psychiatric Association and in the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law.

My practice, Martin Psychiatric Services, PC is located in Columbia, SC with a satellite office in Mt. Pleasant, SC. I have been qualified to testify in South Carolina State Courts as well as in the United States Federal Courts.
